  • Foundation 4 to 6 week Program

    If you’re new to strength training or if it’s been a while, getting some clear guidance on proper biomechanics is essential for you to be engaged and successful with a strength program. The Foundation option is perfect for clients who are looking to learn + refine the basics of strength training. Weekly or bi-weekly private sessions are recommended with this option for proper movement analysis and feedback to prevent bad form or bad habits!

  • Specialized 4 to 6 week Program

    Sport or activity-specific demands are unique. The specialized option is perfect for athletes of all ages, levels and abilities who are looking to prevent injury, improve performance and optimize a fulfilling journey with what you love doing! Whether you are a trail runner, hiker, climber, skier, soccer player, pickle-ball wizard…developing strength during off-season or in-season is always a smart idea to consider.
