Unique considerations for the 55+ clientele is a focus of my practice. As a Kinesiologist with an additional background in Gerontology, I hold in-depth knowledge around Healthy Aging principles and a desire to help foster healthy movement for the aging demographic; of which we will all experience. I hope to break down any barriers to strength training for the 55+ community and show you that you’re capable of doing so much more than what society often says you can or can’t do!

As a long time climber, I understand the importance of balancing out muscle groups and using strength training as a tool to prevent injuries! Long gone are the days when climbers ‘fear’ getting bulky. Today’s climbers and exercise physiology researchers agree that complementing your climbing routine with some strength training can help reduce injuries, optimize performance, and increase your ability to remain in the sport for a long time!
